By downloading, installing or using Riela (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Riela PRO subscription

What it is: Riela PRO is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited photo enhance / restore / deblur / colorize within fair-use limits, and removes ads.
Length: offered as weekly, monthly and yearly terms. The exact duration of the plan you choose is shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
Price: the price and price-per-period are displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen inside the App. Prices are set per storefront by the App Store and may differ by country.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your device’s account settings (App Store → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. Credits (one-time purchases)

Creative operations — AI portraits, style filters, prompt edits and video generation — consume credits. Credits are a one-time (consumable) in-app purchase, are tied to the account/device that bought them, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded once spent. Credit packs and their prices are shown in the App before purchase. A PRO subscription does not include credits unless the purchase screen explicitly says so.

3. Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment details. Refund requests are handled by the store under its own policy — for the App Store see Apple’s refund page.

4. Your photos and generated results

You keep ownership of the photos you bring into the App and of the results generated from them. You grant us only the limited, temporary right to process your photos in order to produce the result you asked for. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload, and that you have the consent of any identifiable person in it.

AI results are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies or artefacts. They are provided for personal, creative use and must not be presented as an authentic record of a real event or person.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Riela to create, upload or share content that is: sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; harassing, hateful or threatening; deceptive impersonation of a real person; or otherwise illegal. Accounts used for such content are terminated.

6. Service, changes and termination

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. If we terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, unused credits are forfeited. You may stop using the App at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its in-app purchases during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Riela’yı (“Uygulama”) indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Riela PRO aboneliği

Nedir: Riela PRO, adil kullanım sınırları içinde sınırsız fotoğraf iyileştirme / restorasyon / netleştirme / renklendirme sağlayan ve reklamları kaldıran, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Süre: haftalık, aylık ve yıllık olarak sunulur. Seçtiğiniz planın süresi, satın alma ekranında satın almadan ÖNCE gösterilir.
Fiyat: fiyat ve dönem başına fiyat, Uygulama içindeki satın alma ekranında yerel para biriminizle gösterilir. Fiyatlar App Store tarafından ülkeye göre belirlenir.
Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe kendiliğinden yenilenir. Ücret, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
Yönetme ve iptal: aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz (App Store → adınız → Abonelikler). Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal ETMEZ.
Ücretsiz deneme (sunulduğunda): bir aboneliği satın aldığınızda, ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.

2. Krediler (tek seferlik satın alma)

Yaratıcı işlemler — yapay zekâ portreleri, stil filtreleri, komutla düzenleme ve video üretimi — kredi harcar. Krediler tek seferlik (tüketilebilir) uygulama içi satın almadır; satın alan hesaba/cihaza bağlıdır, nakit değeri yoktur ve harcandıktan sonra değiştirilemez, devredilemez veya iade edilemez. Kredi paketleri ve fiyatları satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir. Satın alma ekranı açıkça belirtmedikçe PRO aboneliği kredi içermez.

3. Ödemeler ve iadeler

Tüm satın almalar Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi almayız ve saklamayız. İade talepleri, mağazanın kendi politikası kapsamında mağaza tarafından değerlendirilir.

4. Fotoğraflarınız ve üretilen sonuçlar

Uygulamaya getirdiğiniz fotoğrafların ve bunlardan üretilen sonuçların mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Bize yalnızca istediğiniz sonucu üretebilmek için fotoğraflarınızı işleme yönünde sınırlı ve geçici bir hak vermiş olursunuz. Yüklediğiniz her fotoğrafı kullanma hakkına ve fotoğraftaki tanınabilir kişilerin rızasına sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.

Yapay zekâ sonuçları otomatik üretilir; hata veya bozulma içerebilir. Kişisel ve yaratıcı kullanım içindir; gerçek bir olayın ya da kişinin gerçek kaydı gibi sunulamaz.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Riela’yı şu içerikleri üretmek, yüklemek veya paylaşmak için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz: çocukların yer aldığı cinsel içerik; rıza dışı mahrem görüntüler; taciz edici, nefret içeren veya tehdit edici içerik; gerçek bir kişinin aldatıcı taklidi; veya hukuka aykırı diğer içerikler. Bu tür içerik için kullanılan hesaplar sonlandırılır.

6. Hizmet, değişiklikler ve sonlandırma

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Özellikler değişebilir; hizmetin bölümlerini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bu Koşulların ihlali nedeniyle erişiminizi sonlandırırsak kullanılmamış krediler geçersiz olur. Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz.

7. Sorumluluk

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde Uygulama ve uygulama içi satın almalar için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu Koşullar, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
